Duncan is a Senior Consultant at FCIR with nearly 20 years’ experience in Collision Investigation. He is a Member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences and previously served with Kent Police as both an Investigating Officer and Collision Investigator.
Duncan has applied his extensive knowledge, skills, and technical expertise as the leading technical specialist for the centralised national validation of speed estimation from video used by policing across England and Wales. Through the development of highly accurate, in-depth technical deliverables, he has significantly enhanced the understanding, reliability, and accuracy of nationally employed investigative methods.
